Founders of C3 Church International

Phil Pringle and his wife, Chris, arrived in Sydney in 1980 with their children and a few close friends. Their vision was to start a church on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. From humble beginnings the church rapidly grew to more than 400 members in four years. Today, the church exists as C3 Church Sydney – a thriving congregation of more than 5,000 members across three campuses, along with a ministry training college and a school for Kindergarten through year 12.

Shortly after planting C3 Church Sydney, Phil was filled with a vision to plant churches around the world. Initially, church plants happened in Sydney, then throughout Australia and eventually across the globe.

Today, Phil Pringle leads a global movement of more than 300 congregations. The organization’s vision is to see 1,000 C3 churches by the year 2020.

Phil is passionate about building faith filled, anointed churches that are motivated to reach the lost and make disciples. His heart is to see local churches thrive in their community by functioning in the power of the Holy Spirit and feeding on the Word of God.
