Connect Groups
Connect Groups are how we build community at C3 Long Island. They provide an opportunity outside of our weekend services to meet in small gatherings and connect with each other and with God. Our mission is to help you enjoy your best life for the glory of God. Connect Groups will help you do that in a nurturing and fun environment. Whether you are new to the church or someone who has seen C3 grow and flourish through the years, Connect Groups were created with you in mind as we do life together.
MORNING WOMEN’S BIBLE CONNECT | Leader: Laurie Bastis
Women of all ages gather together Friday mornings to encourage & support one another, have fun, and journey together into the Word of God, worship, and prayer. This semester we’ll be reading Heaven: When Faith Becomes Sight by Jennifer Rothschild.

VIRTUAL WOMEN’S BIBLE CONNECT | Leaders: JANET MUNCY & MARIA SCHUHMAN
A group of women meeting weekly to fellowship, worship, pray, and discuss books pertaining to the bible. This semester we will be continuing the Chosen Season 4 study.

Men’s Conect | Leader: Ps. Dave Gibb
This is a men’s group focused on the First 15 devotional and the book of Proverbs. We will include a time of prayer, worship, and fellowship together.

Preteern Girls Connect | Leader: Jenn Carlino
This group is for girls and moms of girls 11-14 years old as we continue to read together the book, Lies Girls Believe & the Truth that sets them free.

Young Couples Connect | Leaders: SARAH & Anthony Nazario
Whether you are contemplating marriage, newly engaged, or newly married, this will be a space to grow together in your relationship with Jesus and each other while navigating young adult life.

Young adults group for people to have a space to connect with others their age with bible studies and fellowship.

FAMILY Bible Connect | LEADERS: JEAN-PIERRE & Jeanfre UYS & DU WAYNE DENTON
A weekly Bible Connect and fellowship group for families living in the western Nassau part of Long Island. We will study the Word, worship, pray and encourage each other. A light snack, coffee and tea will be provided

FAITH & Fellowship | LEADERS: NICOLE CHUMPITAZ & RACHEL WEEKS
A place for both males and females in their 20s-30s to get together at a local coffee shop and grow in their relationships with God and with one another. We will be discussing topics inspired by daily devotionals and occasionally attend worship nights at the coffee shop, all while enjoying coffee and pastries..

Looking for a sweet and soulful way to spend your Friday nights this winter/spring? Join us for Sweet & Soulful Fridays, a welcoming connect group where we’ll dive into the inspiring book “Spiritual Intelligence: The Art of Thinking Like God” by Kris Vallotton. Open to all - kids are welcome too! This group offers a warm and relaxed environment to enjoy meaningful discussions while savoring delicious, sweet treats. Everyone is encouraged to bake or bring their favorite dessert to share as we explore how to think, live, and love more like Christ. Let’s grow together in faith, fellowship, and a little sweetness!
